Lead Generation Specialist/Inside Sales

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time (part-time opportunities as well), phone-based, dealer outreach position that works in our Jacksonville, Florida office located at 7880 Gate Parkway.

Hands-on guidance, support, scripts, and training will be provided along with clear expectations during and after the ramp period.

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:

  • Bring an outstanding attitude every day and transfer that enthusiasm over the phone!
  • Compete every day to be the best version of yourself
  • Schedule “Introductory Presentations” via the telephone for Inside Sales
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Record activity and progress in Salesforce
    • Preferred experience and knowledge (not required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Communications or related field preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or finance industry helpful
  • Minimum of 2 years job experience in high-touch consumer-related field (servers, bartenders)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined performance and activity quotas
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
